All the educational qualifications mentioned should be from a University/ Institution/ Board recognised by Govt. Of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory Bodies and the final result should have been declared on or before 01.02.2023

Online Test

Note:

1. The above tests except the Test of English Language and English Descriptive paper will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.
2. The test of English Language and English Descriptive Paper will be of qualifying nature i.e. Marks obtained in English Language and English Descriptive Paper will not be added while preparing merit List.
3. Minimum qualifying marks will be 40% for General/ EWS category. Candidates belonging to the Category SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD, filling in vacancies reserved for the relevant category, will be entitled to a relaxation of 5% marks in relation to that stipulated for General/EWS category candidates. Bank may at its discretion may change minimum qualifying marks.
4. There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score.

Interview

Bank will conduct the personal interviews of all the selected candidates. Total marks allotted for Interview will be 60. Minimum qualifying marks will be 40% for General/EWS category candidates and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD category candidates.

Group Discussion

Group Discussion will be conducted for the candidates selected through online test at some selected centres. Total marks allotted for Group Discussion will be 40. Minimum qualifying marks will be 40% for General/EWS category candidates and 35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD category candidates.

Final Selection

Final selection of the candidates will be based on the marks obtained by the candidates in Online Examination, Personal Interview and Group discussion.

BOI PGDBF PO 2024 Pay Scale

BOI PGDBF PO 2024 Admission for Post Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance (PGDBF) 

After final selection of the candidates as above, they to mandatorily pass the Diploma course (PGDBM) before getting inducted/ absorbed in the Bank.

Course Fee

The Fee for the above said PGDBF course of one year is Rs. 3,50,000/- + GST which can be made by the selected candidate as per the following schedule:

The aforesaid course fee of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Fifty Thousand only) includes the in-person classroom and computer lab facilities, advanced library facilities, residential accommodation on sharing basis, all boarding facilities (breakfast, lunch, dinner), shuttle transport for candidates between hostel to classroom training facility during the Classroom Training. The training fee however, does not cover Candidate's personal expenses, any other expenses unless specifically agreed, Boarding and lodging expenses incurred during on the job training and communication expenses. Any other expenses as mandated in the PGDBF course like certification examination, books etc. will be borne by the candidates.

The selected candidates will have the option to pay the course fee from their own sources or by availing Education Loan from our Bank subject to eligibility.

If any discrepancy is found in the documents / credentials of the candidate after joining the course, the candidature of such candidate shall be cancelled and course fee paid by the candidate shall be forfeited. Also in case of such an eventually, if the candidate has availed Education Loan from the Bank towards payment of Course Fee, the same has to be repaid fully with up to date interest. If any candidate discontinues during the course period, the fees paid by the candidate is not refundable and loan if any availed for the same form the Bank, shall be fully repaid by the candidate with up to date interest along with other charges, if any.

Education Loan

Bank may grant Education Loan to the candidate subject to eligibility as per the education loan scheme of our Bank regarding quantum of finance, margin, security, documentation , Rate of interest, repayment etc. The maximum loan amount granted to the candidate will be equal to course fee.

If the candidate wishes to avail loan for purchase of Laptop, Loan quantum for Laptop shall be limited to Rs.50,000/- or actual cost of the Laptop, whichever is lower over and above the education loan.

Reimbursement of Course Fee

After successful completion of 5 years' service in the Bank as a regular employee, Bank will reimburse the total course fee to the candidates. Candidates who have availed education loan towards payment of Course Fees, the loan amount will be reimbursed in the loan account which is subsequently lead to closure of the account.

Agreement /Security Bond

The selected candidates at the time of joining the course have to execute an Agreement to serve the Bank for a minimum period of three (3) years of service.

Course Curriculum

The course period of the above said PGDBF course would be one year and will be divided into four trimesters with assessment at the end of each trimester. Out of total four trimester, first three trimesters will be of on-campus and the last trimester will be on the job training at Bank's own Branches/Offices.

Emoluments/Stipend during the course period

During the first three trimesters i.e. Training period at institute, stipend of Rs.2500/- per month and during the last trimester, stipend of Rs.15,000/-per month  will be paid to the candidate.
