Is there any negative marking? +

Yes. one fourth or 0.25 of the marks for each question will be deducted if you get it wrong. Hence, for Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude 0.25 marks, for English 0.125 and for Professional knowledge 0.375 marks for each wrong question will be deducted.
