SBI PO 2025 Important Dates

The eligibility criteria for SBI PO exam are as follows: The candidate must be a citizen of India. The candidate must have a graduation degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized university or institution. The candidate must be between 21 to 30 years. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.

The selection process for SBI PO exam consists of three stages: Preliminary Examination: It is an online objective test of 100 marks and one-hour duration. It has three sections: English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. Main Examination: It is an online objective and descriptive test of 250 marks and three-hour duration. It has four sections: Reasoning and Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis and Interpretation, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, and English Language. The descriptive test consists of two questions on letter writing and essay writing. Group Exercise and Interview: It is the final stage of the selection process. It carries 50 marks and evaluates the candidates’ personality, communication skills, and suitability for the bank.

The application process involves the following steps: Registration: The candidates have to register themselves by providing basic details such as name, email, phone number, etc. Application Form: The candidates have to fill the application form by providing personal, educational, and other details. They also have to upload scanned copies of their photograph and signature. Application Fee: The candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs. 750 (for General/EWS/OBC category) and Nil (for SC/ST/PWD category) through online mode using debit card/credit card/internet banking. Confirmation: The candidates have to submit the application form and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
